About This Blend
Makes a deep red infusion with a rounded, spicy, full fruit taste. A wonderfully warming robust herbal drink with gorgeous aroma that is packed full of natural fruits giving a hit of Vitamin C. It complements an accompaniment of rich cakes or biscuits and can make a great winter warmer. Sugar or honey can be added to soften the piquant flavours.

Brewing Guide
1-2 teaspoons per cup. Brew for as long as desired. Use hot water just off the boil. Adjust both quantity and brew time according to desired strength. Drink without milk.
