Postage Costs

As a small independent, we are not always able to despatch items daily although every effort is made to fulfil an order as soon as possible.

Where possible, we use recycled and recyclable packaging, keeping this to a minimum whilst at the same time protecting your parcel against damage in transit.

*Please Note: Large glass and all cast iron teapots are treated as fragile items, needing larger boxes and extra packaging. These are subject to extra costs to cover the higher postage (see table below). Thank you for your understanding. 

HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS - we would appreciate if you select the Royal Mail option for postage to these areas. Couriers add a surcharge, thank you.

Let us know if you would like your package delivered to a neighbour or safe place.

We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged by Royal Mail or Evri. However, every effort is made to help investigate on your behalf.

International packages may be subject to local import duties, taxes or fees. Please be aware that Cuppa & Co is not liable for these charges.

Returns & Exchanges

UK ONLY

We are sorry but returns and exchanges are not available to overseas customers. Please be certain of your purchase before proceeding.

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however, if you are not satisfied with your order for whatever reason, you may cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your goods.

We offer a full refund (less any postage costs) on all teaware and any unopened, sealed tea products. The returning goods must be in its original, undamaged packaging. We will provide a refund within 14 days after receiving the returned product(s) or can replace the product for you (subject to availability). Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you.

Faulty teaware items must be notified to us in writing within 6 months of receiving the item. Please send photos of the item along with a full description of the fault. In some cases we may ask for the item to be returned. After review, the item will be either be replaced or repaired. Accidental damage or any goods that have been altered or unauthorised will not qualify for repair or replacement. Proof of purchase will be necessary.

All refunds will be made to the debit or credit card on which the original purchase was made, within 14 days after receiving notification or the returned goods. In the event that we are unable to credit your original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternate method of refund.
