About This Blend
Rooibos (otherwise known as Red Bush) is native to South Africa. After harvesting, the young leaves of the Aspalathus Linearis plant are bruised, cut and left to ferment, giving the tea its distinctive red colour before being finally dried. Claiming to be rich in vitamin C, iron and magnesium, Rooibos is also naturally caffeine-free, making it a fabulous refreshing alternative to black tea. A good choice for the evening if you want to cut back on caffeine or are sensitive to its effects. It is the one 'herbal' tea that has the advantage of tasting great with milk too, if preferred.

Brewing Guide
1 pyramid per cup. Brew for as long as desired. Use hot water just off the boil. Adjust both quantity and brew time according to desired strength. Drink with or without milk.
