About This Blend
From the Happy Valley tea estate. A second flush organic Darjeeling with a leaf that displays all the hallmarks of Darjeeling’s finest.
Why is Darjeeling tea so special? It has a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) much like the Melton Mowbray pork pie and Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese. Due to the topography of its location, the tea always possesses a distinct and unique aroma and refined flavour profile. Darjeeling is always and quite justifiably referred to as the Champagne of tea! Here's a good excuse to bring out your finest teaware and enjoy afternoon tea in style.

Lush muscatel notes, a light taste of toast, wine and peach with lightly balanced astringency.

Brewing Guide
1 teaspoon per cup. Brew 3-5 mins. Use water just off the boil. Adjust both quantity and brew time according to desired strength and the addition of milk.
I personally prefer to drink it without milk but if you prefer your tea with milk, just add a dash so not to mask the delicate and exquisite flavour.
