About This Blend
Traditional Indian Chai is made by infusing the tea and spices in warm milk. The same effect can be created by brewing your tea in the usual fashion with hot water and adding warmed milk afterwards. Brew yourself a cup and warm your soul!
Tasting Notes
A full bodied blend of black tea enhanced by warming Southern Indian masala spices. The finish has cardamom notes peeking out from lively ginger. Fragrant and gently warming.

Brewing Guide
1 heaped teaspoon per cup. Brew 5-10 mins. Use water just off the boil. Adjust both quantity and brew time according to desired strength and the addition of milk. This tea is light enough to enjoy black, or if preffered with either cold or hot milk. Adding a hint of sugar opens up the flavours.
