About This Blend
A blend formulated for revitalisation and recovery. The lemon & ginger combo has commonly been used as an alternative treatment to ease the symptoms of colds. It has been used to help a sore throat, ease feelings of nausea, settle an upset tummy, alleviate cold-related respiratory issues and improve circulation.

Brewing Guide
1 pyramid per cup. Brew for as long as desired. Use hot water just off the boil. Stir in some honey for extra natural goodness.
Adjust both quantity and brew time according to desired strength. Drink without milk.
