This is the queen of jasmine tea. It has been traditionally artisan crafted to create a divinely scented speciality.
Hand plucked silver tips within the tea denotes an exceptionally high-grade. Silver tips are the newest unopened leaf buds.
Sweet smelling jasmine flowers are picked fresh and placed next to the tea in precise proportions. It takes up to four hours for the tea to absorb the jasmine scent which is repeated with fresh blossom several times over. The tea retains the flavour and heady floral scent of jasmine.

About This Blend
An exceptionally high-grade green tea with a high antioxidant level. It's high grade means you can brew this tea more than once.
Tasting Notes
Makes a very clear infusion with a delightful, delicate, aromatic taste. As with all exceptionally high-grade tea, it will make a 2nd or even 3rd infusion if the leaves are removed from the water immediately after each brew. Contrary to the brewing guide, always increase brew time for 2nd and 3rd brews.

Brewing Guide
1 teaspoon per 250ml / cup
Brew up to 3 mins.
Use boiling water cooled for a few minutes to approx. 80°c.
Can be brewed twice.
Adjust both quantity and brew time according to desired strength. Using water hotter than 80 degrees and leaving the tea to 'stew' destroys the taste and will result in a bitter tasting cup. Drink without milk or sugar.
