Heavenly Jasmine Pearls

Jasmine Pearls green tea is one of the prettiest treasures from the world of tea. While the leaves are not quite dry they are infused repeatedly with fresh jasmine blossoms, then sieved and rolled by hand into small pearls. When you infuse these pearls you will see the top two leaves and the bud come to life and some small ‘hairy down’ on the bud – this denotes superb quality and very specialised and skilled handling at source.

Fresh, smooth floral notes. After brewing your jasmine tea, close your eyes and inhale the floral bouquet of a garden in bloom.

Use 6-8 pearls per cup. Use an infuser or add straight into the cup. It is really important to use water that is about 180°F or 80-85°C. Let the pearls steep for approximately 3 minutes. Leaves may be re-infused between 1 - 4 times. Drink your heavenly brew and repeat until the flavour is exhausted. Drink without milk.
