Goodnight Herbal Blend

Blended to our own custom recipe, Goodnight herbal tea smells absolutely divine and is a firm favourite with all those that sample it.

Chamomile and linden blossom have been used for centuries as ancient remedies for soothing digestion, promoting relaxation and helping you sleep. Peppermint is a well known after-dinner digestive soother. Strawberry leaves contain nutrients and is thought to aid digestion and relieve arthritis. Rosehip is a natural source of vitamin C and marigold blossom is believed to help with inflammation. Liquorice root has been reported to have a multitude of benefits from good digestive health to helping coughs and colds.

Makes a beautiful soothing infusion with a slightly sweet taste thanks to the addition of liquorice root. This is wonderful last thing in the evening. It's also a very worthy past winner of a 3* Great Taste Award.

Caffeine-Free

1-2 teaspoons per cup. Brew for as long as desired. Use hot water just off the boil. Adjust both quantity and brew time according to desired strength. Drink without milk.
