About This Blend
No artificial flavours have been added to this tea which can mask the characteristics which form the basis of this earl grey - leaves from premium quality high-grown 'Ceylon' tea bushes.
Tasting Notes
A floral bouquet and mild astringency, it makes a clear coppery infusion with hints of ruby red. Producing a beautiful balanced brew with a refreshing, lightly citrus flavour. Can be drunk with or without milk. Try it black with a slice of lemon which complements its citrus notes. If you're really ambitious try adding the tea to your baking or making ice cream.

Brewing Guide
1 pyramid per cup. Brew 3-5 mins. Use water just off the boil. Adjust both quantity and brew time according to desired strength and the addition of milk.
