About This Blend
Artisanally crafted Chun Mee translates as ‘Precious Eyebrow’ because of the appearance of the arched leaf shape which is reminiscent of an eyebrow. This special tea is firstly pan-fried then hand-rolled into the signature eyebrow shape, both demanding great skill.
Tasting Notes
Brews a pale yellow infusion. Full-bodied with tangy astringent properties accompanied by a slight sweetness. A tea with notes of toast, mellow smokiness and a hint of bitter almonds. Drink alone or add a sprig of mint or spices for a truly health-giving beverage. Will make more than 1 infusion by following the brewing guide.

Brewing Guide
1 teaspoon per cup. Brew 2 - 3 mins.
IMPORTANT: use freshly boiled water cooled for a few minutes to approx. 75 - 85°c.
As with all green tea, if the water is too hot or it is left to brew too long it will become bitter.
Adjust both quantity and brew time according to desired strength. Drink without milk.
